I. Concept of Reproductive Health Industry
Reproductive health involves the entire process of human life. It is a basic need in human health and social harmony. Reproductive health industry is a multi-disciplinary; cross-industry emerging industry involves life sciences, biotechnology, and information technology.
Reproductive health was a new concept that emerged in the 80's. World Health Organization defined reproductive health as: "the well-rounded physical, mental and social states related to human reproductive system and its function and all other matters not merely means without diseases or not infirm." This concept can be summed up in two aspects, namely, “reproductive system and its functions” and "all related matters"; with three levels, namely, "body”, "spirit" and "social '.
Reproductive health includes six main areas:
1. People able to have a satisfying and safe sex life;
2. Childbearing;
3. Able to decide freely and responsibly the number and time of births;
4. Spouses have rights to know and have access to safe, effective, affordable and affordable methods of family planning;
5. Right to access to reproductive health services;
6. Women able to have safe pregnancy and reproduce healthy infants.

II. Industry Prospect
As an emerging industry, its history is not long, but its birth and development just meet the development trend of two eras, which makes it able to have a good macro environment and great potential for rapid growth in its early stage of development. This industry is brand-new, young, high-technology, full of potential and hope. It will have broad market prospect and lots of space for commercial development.
